Your ceremony date is reserved once availability is confirmed, your booking agreement is completed, and a 50% retainer is received.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before your ceremony. Ceremonies booked within 7 days require payment in full at booking.
Ceremonies booked within 72 hours require payment in full and are subject to availability.
Retainers are non-refundable. One date or time change may be accommodated without a rescheduling fee with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability. Additional or short-notice changes may incur a fee.
Standard pricing includes travel within the normal DFW service area. Additional travel charges may apply for ceremonies outside the standard service area and will always be disclosed before booking.
Couples are responsible for obtaining a valid Texas marriage license before the ceremony. I will complete and sign the officiant portion following the ceremony.
